How Powder Coating Curing Ovens Work

After the powder coating is applied, the workpieces are heated in the curing oven to temperatures ranging from 80°C to 220°C. During the defined curing time, the powder coating hardens, chemically crosslinks, and forms a homogeneous, durable surface. Uniform temperature distribution and precise temperature control are essential for reproducible coating results.


High-Quality Insulation for Maximum Energy Efficiency

Our curing ovens feature highly effective thermal insulation made of 150 mm rock wool. This robust insulation minimizes heat loss and significantly contributes to energy efficiency and reduced operating costs. At the same time, it ensures consistent temperature stability inside the furnace and a low external temperature of the furnace lining – an important factor in terms of occupational safety and environmental regulations.


Precise Temperature Measurement and Control Technology

Temperature monitoring is achieved using highly accurate PT100 temperature sensors, which enable precise measurement of the furnace temperature. Combined with state-of-the-art control technology, this ensures a constant temperature throughout the entire curing process. Optionally, multiple measuring points can be integrated to monitor temperature profiles and further enhance process reliability.
