Reverse osmosis system
Our reverse osmosis systems are robust units that automatically control all inputs and outputs of the system parameters. Monitoring and control are visible on the PLC screen and the user can monitor all system functions in English.
We use high quality pressure pumps, DOW elements and a durable stainless steel frame, providing maximum service life for all equipment.
Wastewater treatment
The wastewater is created during chemical pretreatment before powder coating.
The commonly used method is degreasing and passivation. The wastewater contains low BOD5 and COD values from the degreasing compounds, TSS, oils and fats.
The wastewater is concentrated in a concentration basin. From there, the wastewater is automatically fed into a batch reactor.
